It's 5th v 6th in the J1A League on Sunday next as both Tuam and University of Galway go in search of a much needed victory.

An opening weekend victory against Westport is the one and only time the city side have tasted league victory this season. However they will be buoyed by their cup victory over Corrib last Sunday week amd no a victory over their fellow Galway side will help in their efforts of retaining their J1A league status.

Tuam, for their part will be hoping to bounce back after their cup defeat to Castlebar and no a victory will all but guarantee J1A rugby next season.

The sides met earlier this season when Tuam edged out their opponents in a highly entertaining Cawley Cup semi-final on a 33-29 scoreline.

Kick off next Sunday in Dangan is 2:30pm.
